Foldbit will send you an email to confirm your order and confirmation when your order is despatched your email address will not be used for any marketing or passed to any third parties. Rights of the Seller

The Seller may at any time update prices on the website. The Seller reserves the right to withdraw any goods from the website at any time. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Errors and omissions are exempt. Pricing errors on the store will be corrected and any associated orders cancelled and refunded.

Limitation of Liability

Except as may be implied by law where the Buyer is dealing as a Consumer, in the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by the Seller the remedies of the Buyer shall be limited to damages which shall in no circumstances exceed the Price of the Goods and the Seller shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage whatever. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit the liability of the Seller for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of the Seller or that of the Seller's agents or employees.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Customer acknowledges that Foldbit and its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the Foldbit website, and that their whole or partial reproduction without Foldbit's prior written consent is prohibited. Foldbit does not warrant or give any assurance to the Customer that any products supplied do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
